Homewood Suites by Hilton®, the national brand of upscale, all-suite residential-style hotels, placed #1 in the upscale (extended stay) hotel category, an honor that takes on a significantly higher level of prestige at a time when customer satisfaction in the entire hotel industry has reached its highest level in three years. The Market Metrix Hospitality Index (MMHI) is a quarterly report of customer satisfaction with hotel, airline and car rental companies based on 35,000 in-depth consumer interviews. The announcement marks the 11th time that Homewood Suites by Hilton has been recognized as a leading brand by MMHI. “We are delighted that the Market Metrix Hospitality Index has recognized Homewood Suites by Hilton as the top leader in the Upscale / Extended Stay market segment.
